City Light Community Ministries at 1441 N. 4th St. is open Mon, Wed, Fri 8:15 a.m.-3 p.m., Love and Care Ministries at 233 Fannin St. is open Mon-Thu 6 a.m.-4 a.m., and Salvation Army at 1726 Butternut St. operates overnight 4:30 p.m.-7:30 a.m.

Wylie ISD officials are working with local partners to monitor early morning road conditions as cold weather spreads across the Big Country.
