- ➤ A federal judge in San Antonio heard arguments on Friday over Senate Bill 10, a law signed by Gov. Greg Abbott in June that requires every public school classroom to display a 16 inch by 20 inch poster of the Ten Commandments starting Sept. 1 (some school officials worried about inclusivity). The ACLU, representing 16 parents, argued the law violates the First Amendment and the judge's decision will decide if the measure takes effect as planned. FOX West Texas
