CRIME NEWS
- ➤ A federal lawsuit was filed in an Abilene court alleging that police illegally seized over 17 pounds of marijuana, various THC products, and $1176.52 in cash from CBD House of Healing on Catclaw Dr. on Aug. 23 — the suit claims the seizure was improper and follows letters sent to nearly 20 businesses for zoning and health code violations.
