Disability Resources Inc. reopened its pumpkin patch in Abilene after a six-year break from the COVID-19 pandemic—sponsored by Taylor Electric.

The event runs Wednesday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. until Halloween at 3602 N. Clack.

Abilene Christian University received a $1M grant from Lilly Endowment Inc. to expand its Graduate School of Theology’s Ministry Residency Program+ the grant will help graduate students connect with churches and experienced ministers for missional leadership, as interim dean Dr. Mason Lee said.
