Beginner & Beyond introduces breath, poses, and mindfulness at a pace that lets you actually pay attention to how your body feels. We move in ways that release tension, lengthen muscles, and give you tools to take home for the stress that shows up in your day to day life. Yoga belongs to everyone — regardless of age, size, background, or belief. All levels welcome. No experience necessary.
